هذه الاشاعات لا تخص الحاله لأن هذه الاشاعات لطفل حديث الولاده )respiratory distress)
الطفل المعنى فى الحاله لم يكن له x_ray
وانما upper GIT endoscopy
ولم أستطع الحصول عليه

الحاله دى كانت عندنا فى الراوند فى عنبر الدم مع بعض الاضافات
the child was anemic for along time received blood transfusion but only the answer after endoscopy
diaphragmatic hernia is acause of chronic hge and later iron deficiency
elevated CRPindicates infection or inflammation subsequently elevated serum ferritin above its true vale may be due to tissue destruction
so serum ferritin in this case is not raliable
so it is acase of iron deficiency anemia investigated by TIBC ,serum iron,serum ferritin and
CBC is not conclusive due to DD of microcytic anemia
so the most important is TIBC(total iron binding capacity)
in x_ray barium swallow can differentiate
