general aspect: 62 years old female complained abdominal pain in the flanks,vomitting ,hiccough and frequent dyspnea
she mentioned chest pain of breath compression (as i thought) .her ECG shows depressed ST segment
the case didnot have any renal function tests available
the case is on dialysis

it is common in renal failure patients to have ischemic heart disease due to increase o2 demands snd increase cardiac work due to anemia secondary to decreased renal erythropoitin.
the patient described her chest pain as difficult breathing which i couldnot understand first .
arrythmias may be present except hypercalcemia as those patients have lower ca level not hypercalcemia.
before dialysis renal functions are indicatd besides HIV,HCV and HBV
frusemide willnot be beneficial in this case
لوسمحت ليه فى الحاله دى مش ممنوع ph lowering drugsالمفروض ان ممكن يكون عنده يعنى ما ينفعش اديهاmetabolic acidosisانا معاك ان ما ينفعش frusemideفىrenal failureبس كمانph lowering drugs اعتقد ما تنفعش كمان ويا ريت تقبل راى فى الحالات عامه حالات الاطفال كانت جميله اما الباطنى بصراحه حاسه انها ممله انا عارف انك بتحاول ع قد ما تقدر بس لو ما كنش فى حالات باطنى كويسه يبقى بلاشها انا اسفه لو راى ضايقك بس ده حتى واضح من التعليقات وشكرا لمجهودك وانا ان شاء الله هحاول اشوف حالات كنت مسجلها ولو لاقيت حاجه كويسه هبعتها باذن الله

شكرا للدكتورة رضوى ممكن عندك حق بس حالات الباطنه فيه ناس طلبتها وبعدين الهدف اننا نتعلم ونجدد معلوماتنا فى كل اللى درسناه وانا قلت لو ممكن اجيب رمد وانف وأذن مش هتأخر
فيه زملاء كتير شافوا الحالات دى بس ما كتبوش كوممنتات لعدم وضوح الحاله وممكن صعوبة الاسئله
بالنسبه الph lowering drugs i mean renal failure cases in general which is indicated for
In RF cases serum Ph is elevated and serum ca is decreased so ph lowering drugs are indicated
if u mean ph as PH plz i didnot mean acid base balance but phosphorous level
